Another new catamaran type introduced to our fleet for catamaran charter in Croatia in 2022 is the famous Bali open Space 4.4 catamaran. The French-built sailing cat made its debut in Autumn 2021. As such, it is a new addition to our catamaran fleet.
When CatanaGroup launched the Bali catamaran model line, it caused quite a fuss in the industry because it introduced a Unique brand and altered the way catamarans have been perceived. It has subsequently earned honors for innovation and performance from industry professionals and customers alike, and the Bali brand has become well-established. Bali has shown to be a robust, quick, seaworthy, and enjoyable sailing yacht thus far.
Catamaran BALI OPEN SPACE 4.4 is immediately recognized due to her new hull design with beautiful bows and her new beautiful lines. The BALI 4.4 incorporates all of CatanaGroup's advancements and sits between two current versions, the Bali 4.2 and the Bali 4.6, at 13.75 meters.
The rigid front cockpit with lounge and sunbathing spaces, the platform linking the crosspiece with a big bench seat and storage, the large "BALI" door, the side sliding bays, and the interior access door to the forward cockpit are all standard features. Additionally, a helm station on the coach top with a panoramic rest space is accessible from both sides. The Catamaran BALI 4.4 seamlessly transitions from sailing to lounge mode, providing a flush decked cockpit/saloon section devoid of bulkheads accessed by an enormous folding door in the rear (a BALI unique) and a watertight door in the front. Even entirely open-plan, each internal space is well delineated. The huge galley in an «L» shape, the maxi saloon/lounge for ten guests, and the wide chart table facing the sea are practical and comfortable models.
In addition, BALI 4.4 offers the most extensive functional surfaces in her category, with an entirely open room soaked in light and panoramic sea views. The staterooms, which combine technology and sophistication, are intended for maximum comfort. Each cabin features a luxurious bathroom equipped with a toilet and a shower.
The Catamaran Bali 4.4's spacious maxi salon and kitchen can seat up to ten people, and Angelina Yachtcharter will provide the four-cabin type. She has a maximum sail size of 150 square meters upwind, a typical mainsail area of 76 square meters, and a conventional self-tacking jib area of 42 square meters (452sqft). In addition, there is a 74sqm code zero sail.
The Foredeck Design Philosophy of Bali
Bali preferred a solid open platform from stem to stern and adhered to the structural strength theory of the traditional solid foredeck design. However, they developed the solid foredeck using their box-section design and lightweight infusion technique, which enabled them to replace the netting without increasing weight. The Bali's foredeck is not a fragile connection between the hull and deck parts; it is an integral component of the bow construction and contributes to the boat's stiffness, making it far more robust than traditional catamarans with two bows connected by a crossbeam and nets. The sharp angle of the solid foredeck's bottom segment enables the bows to rise rather than sink, further enhancing speed. Due to the lack of netting, the foredeck remains reasonably dry in most situations. Still, even when it does take on a significant amount of water over the bows, the water drains quickly and swiftly. It has a very innovative and sophisticated drainage system.
Angelina Yacht Charter provides a 4-cabin layout for the catamaran for charter based in Marina Trogir - SCT, Croatia, available immediately at the beginning of the charter season from 19.03.2022
It can accommodate up to 11 people in 4+1 cabins. Our Bali Cata 4.4 is powered by 2 x 57 hp engines.
